  • A summary email after our call with key points and personalized tips

  • This consultation does not include ongoing follow-up support or sleep plan creation

After booking, you will receive an intake questionnaire to complete before our call.

Upgrade option: If you feel you would benefit from more personalized guidance after our call, you can continue with the 1-Week Sleep Support Program for an additional €125
